READY-PRIVACY-v2.0-2026-07-17
Effective date

This Privacy Policy explains how READY Identity, LLC (“READY,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, protects, and retains personal information when you use our websites, early-access forms, accounts, assessments, and READY Identity experiences (collectively, the “Services”). It also explains the choices available to you.

1. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, account credentials, age-eligibility and policy acceptances, current and target roles, employer or company, LinkedIn URL when supplied, career goals and challenges, mentor or team-interest information, assessment answers, assessment progress and results, READY Identity information, support messages, and privacy or deletion requests.

We also collect limited technical and usage information needed to operate and protect the Services, such as device and browser information, IP address, referral and campaign parameters, authentication and security events, service interactions, error and performance data, and notification-delivery status.

2. How we use information

We use personal information to provide and secure accounts; verify email addresses; save and resume assessments; produce and display private, prepared, or provisional READY Identity experiences; respond to requests; operate early-access, mentor, and team-interest programs; provide service communications; send optional marketing only when separately requested; prevent abuse; troubleshoot and improve the Services; comply with law; and enforce our Terms.

Assessment results and READY Identity content are private by default. READY does not activate public sharing through this launch version. READY assessments, scores, and identity content are developmental tools, not guarantees of employment, promotion, compensation, performance, or any other outcome.

3. When we disclose information

We may disclose information to service providers that help us host the Services, manage authentication and data storage, deliver email, monitor reliability, and provide security. These providers may process information only for the services they provide to READY and under applicable contractual restrictions.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or valid legal process, protect the rights and safety of READY or others, investigate misuse, or support a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets subject to appropriate confidentiality protections. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

We use essential storage and similar technologies for authentication, security, preferences, and core service operation. We may use limited analytics and performance technologies to understand reliability and usage. We do not use the Services to serve third-party behavioral advertising.

5. Retention

We keep ordinary account, assessment, READY Identity, and launch-request information while needed to provide the Services and generally for no longer than 24 months after your last meaningful interaction, unless you request deletion sooner or a longer period is necessary for security, legal, or compliance purposes. We generally retain notification-delivery metadata for up to 90 days and routine operational logs for up to 30 days.

We may retain minimized records of consent, eligibility, marketing suppression, and privacy-request handling for up to six years when needed to document compliance, honor your choices, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements. Backups may retain information for a limited period before routine deletion or overwrite.

6. Your choices and rights

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information, or withdraw optional marketing consent, by emailing [email protected]. We may need to verify that you control the relevant account or email before acting. We aim to acknowledge privacy requests within 10 business days and complete verified requests within 30 calendar days, subject to applicable law and permitted extensions.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights, including rights to know, access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, or obtain a portable copy of information. You may also have the right to appeal a decision or complain to a privacy regulator. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.

7. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Protect your credentials and contact [email protected] if you believe your account or information may be at risk.

8. International processing

READY and its service providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate. When applicable law requires it, READY uses appropriate contractual or other safeguards for restricted international transfers.

9. Adults only

The Services are intended for people who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information through member accounts from anyone under 18. If you believe a person under 18 has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the Services or our practices change. We will post the updated version and effective date and provide additional notice when required. If a material change requires new consent, we will request it before the affected processing begins.
